Product Description

TM11 Double head high speed draw frame is a new type of machine developed and manufactured by our company based on  the experience of autolevelling equipment of customers in many countries in recent years. This machine is high-efficiency and energy saving, with output speed up to 1000m/min, equipped with jumbo suction system, humanized autoleveller guide, optional spare cans unit, and remote operation and maintenance, to realize real-time monitoring and save effort.

The operation of the main machine and autolevelling is completed on the touch screen, which makes the operation as convenient as a mobile phone;

During maintenance, the operator can operate most parts of the machine directly to reduce the difficulty of maintenance;

High precision differential box and detection box ensure the stable operation at high speed;

It is equipped with standard oil free top roller, which rises and falls synchronously with the spring arm;

The new pneumatic can-changing device is stable and reliable;

New integrated pressure bar without disassembly;

Centralized lubrication is adopted for the bearing in the drafting area.
